I love smoothies because they're so easy to make, very filling and a great start to your day. J
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- Honey (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 cup of green grapes
- A handful of spinach
- 1 1/2 frozen banana
- Toppings
Directions:
- Mix 1/2 cup of almond milk with the chia seeds and honey. Refrigerate while doing the next few steps.
- Blend 1 frozen banana with 1/2 cup almond milk and cocoa. Set aside.
- Blend the grapes then add 1/2 frozen banana and spinach.
- Assemble however you want. (I did Step 2 à Step 1 à Step 3)
I decorated mine with strawberries and pomegranates.
